The following are playable online ZX Spectrum games

  • As you'd want the controls to be the arrow keys, but for the ones Cloudy tried out, thats not how the controls went, instead the movement controls are letters from the keyboard, for example games that use O as left and P as right, fortunately Space is usually the jump/fire control in some of them, control schemes will be listed below.
The ZX Spectrum keyboard.

Pac-Man (1983)
Shitty port due to the laggy gameplay and headache-enducing sound, the developers sure like making shit ports for this poor computer :(

Q - Up
A - Down
O - Left
P - Right
Marble Madness Construction Set (1986)
Cloudy couldn't figure out the controls, the port is shit again anyways.

Once again its shit, but hey atleast its better than the Pac-Man port and theres actual movement.

Q - Up
A - Down
O - Left
P - Right
Pac-Man (19xx)
A terrible unofficial port that makes the official one seem good, this tho is just unplayable garbage!
Pac-Land (1989)
Thankfully the port isn't complete shit, not perfect, but atleast decent.
Press Space, then Enter, then 1 to start the game.
O is left P is right and Space is jump.
Pac-Mania (1988)
Press Space to get past title screen and to select options
Z is left X is right O is up K is down and Space is jump.

Donkey Kong (1986)
I and P for left and right, Q and Z for up and down, Space for jump.
Wow, Ocean must REALLY hate the spectrum, they gave CPC and C64 great ports that resembled the arcade, but for the Spectrum its EXTREMELY fucking terrible! Looks plays and sounds terrible!!!
Bomb Jack (1986)
N for left M for right X for jump
